How to log in via the mobile app

If you have a smart phone, we recommend  you use the mobile RingCentral App available for iOS and Android. Download the app and open it. Log in using the same details described below.


How to log in to the web app

Log in to the web app to verify your username and password or to make and accept phone calls from your computer. Note that if you're using a remote connection (Remote Desktop or Amazon WorkSpaces), you'll want to log in from the computer you're sitting in front of—don't log in over a remote connection.


  1. Navigate to https://www.ringcentral.co.uk/
  2. In the upper right, click "Login" and "RingCentral App"
  3. Enter your email address or your desk phone number to sign in
  4. Click "Next" and enter your RingCentral password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" and follow those steps.
  5. Click "Sign In" and verify you're brought to a page that looks like so:


From here, you'll be able to make and answer calls through your laptop
