Tickets can be logged simply by emailing helpdesk@outra.co.uk
Alternatively, if you’re having issues with your email, you can always use the portal at helpdesk.outra.co.uk
Once you navigate to the Login page (using the green LOGIN button on top), do not enter your details in the “log in to the support portal” section
Instead, click on the Login here option, at the bottom of the page, next to Are you a customer?
You will then be directed to a Microsoft sign in Window, where you must enter your company email and password.
Once you’re logged in, you will be able to log new tickets or check the status of existing tickets:
When logging tickets, your email is automatically added to the requester field.
However, if you would like to log a ticket on behalf of someone else, then please enter their email so that they can receive any updates.
You can also use the portal to check who’s handling your ticket and its current status. Additionally, you can also reply to or close tickets via the portal, as well as loop other people in on the ticket.
