You'll want to confirm you have a good connection to Europe (London).
Can't log in?
Make sure you log in with just your username (e.g., jlochead rather than jlochead@heylohousing.com).
Otherwise, reach out to helpdesk@outra.co.uk and we'll confirm that a WorkSpace has been allocated to you.
